Hi guys i'm new , and was wondering why adult snakes seem to cost more then baby snakes ? even if the baby snakes might be a more expensive morph ?

Breeding purposes. It's all about breeding.

Because an adult male has been being fed for about 1 year at a cost of roughly $1-$1.50/ week and a female is likely 2+ years old @ the same rate of cost. Then you have the bedding, housing, heat to factor in. Keeping even 1 ball, never mind a collection with future intent on breeding, is not an inexpensive hobby. That doesn't even take into account the additional costs of any medical issues... and I don't know of any "snake insurance". I wish you the best in your decision. I'd recommend sitting down and spending some time sifting through a lot of different threads before pulling the trigger on your purchase. Remember... balls likely will live longer than any cat or dog and require as much time and care. p.s. I'm VERY glad I am part of the BP community.
