Is it possible to know the line of calico?

Here is my little calico boy.

I was wondering if any calico experts can tell what line he is? I've noticed the F and F line seems more reduced than he is. I may be wrong there. The breeder doesn't know what line he has. I know its a long shot but hey, no harm in trying right. Thanks guys.

Just found out the breeder uses the flora and fauna line so there we go!
