    Lobster
Tonight be partner and I bought three lobsters fresh from the ocean, they were fabulously good. I felt badly for the fishermen they are getting next to nothing for them. The groceries are giving them between 2.25 and 3$ a pound they are selling them on the street for 3.50$ to 5$ a pound (depending on who and where) It is such a hard fishery and so much work it seems too cheap. I know the price on NS lobster is really different in the US so I was wondering if anyone has purchased any in the last little while? Was it a reasonable priced or expensive?

We live in New England. Don't even really think about lobsters. Octopus is where it's at! Sushi, as well!

Way more expensive out here in California too. I don't know the current price, but I've seen it for as high as $25.99 a pound. Lobster tails in the supermarket always seem to be around $15.
