    I was looking at Glades Herp available animals and came across Viper Boas for $75. Anyone ever hear of them? Here's a pic; they look really short bodied and cute. :)

    Yes I've heard of them and the Pet Store I shop at had one for sale. They look beautiful. Don't know much about them though. However the one I handled at the store made no pass at me.

    wow! Thanks special K that was a great link I've never even heard of these before - says they top out at six feet ..... that's within my range... and GORGEOUS coloring! Thanks Genivive too for bringing up this topic I LOVE learning about new snakes!

    jen, i think that specimen is a little better looking then most. and im sure youve been reading about them so you know that alot of them have nasty tempers. thats a snake thats definaly on my list once i start drifting from ball pythons. have you looked at other candoia ssp? i really want a pair of paulsonis someday. you guys can see them in that link that KLG gave you.
