Congrats on the promotion! Not so much on that anole. Not to be mean but you should have steped on it. That is a cuban brown anole. They eat the native green anoles. It sadens me that they are now that common in NC. I used to catch green anoles in NC all the time when I was younger and never saw a cuban there.

Is that in the ROE, stepping on an enemy to cause death? Lol! Sucks that there isn't a bounty hunt on for those instead of the pythons in the Glades.

Congrats on the promotion! I am home now in Colorado Springs and my heart is heavy for you, about to set off on your journey. Be safe brother, and keep us posted on your situation as much as you can without violating OPSEC.
