Weird spot on top of ball python's head
I just picked up my first ball python a couple weeks ago. I noticed the other day has this spot on top of his head that looks almost like a blister or a dry spot. I'm not really sure. Have any of you seen anything like this before? I thought it might just be leftover skin from the last shed, but I'm not sure. Any ideas?

I agree, it appears to be old shed. If it bothers you, you could always try soaking him in warm water for 30 minutes and see if that helps. Otherwise, should come off with next shed.

Thanks for all of the replies. I figured it wasn't anything serious, just wanted to make sure.

    Thanks!
