and for your main course - hand!
I was feeding last night and I was sliding out the tub of one of my mojave girls and she shot out and latched onto my hand for about 30 seconds before she realized I wasn't a rat

It'll be a shame to have to put her down. Once they taste human blood...

I'm sorry to have to be the one to tell you this, but you're going to lose the use of that hand.

She's got that "Who, me?" look about her. If you need blood, I'm O+

I was just waiting for one of my mojo's to bite. They are all the most fiesty of all snakes. The one that bit is the calmest one though, so that was a surprise lol

That looks like one big bite! And one good looking Mojave. That'll be my next acquisition.

I've got two snakes that are "tub shooters" on occasion, almost exclusively when I've had the smell of thawed rats in the room.

A few tricks can keep my hands safe even if they decide to come out swinging.

Careful, it might turn into a pig's foot.

    O- for me. :D

That is one pretty Mojave. :gj::gj:

Pretty interesting how the bite mark shows the outline of the snakes mouth like that. I see bites on here that are just a couple puncture marks, yours actually looks like an open mouth. I'm not part of the club yet but I'm sure it's just a matter of time.
