How to repair pvc cage seam?

I finally got one of my Repti-Racks pvc cages. During shipping the bottom lost almost all the seals. I know this can happen and have read it is easy to fix but have not read what the fix is. Does anybody know the best way to seal the seam?

I have used a PVC solvent cement. It isn't hard just takes a little practice.
