    Housing/care
I'm thinking about getting a baby blood. Can I house it in my 15qt rack with my ball pythons? Can I house an adult in my 41qt rack? How much different from my balls would his care be?

I've never owned one but I'm shopping around. What I've seen is that bloods can get unpredictably BIG. Some reaching 7-8 feet long and up to 8 inches thick. That's the thickness of a bowling ball! So you would have to have a pretty big tub. Probably at least 100 qts or something like a 75 gallon aquarium/terrarium.

Look for videos on YouTube of owners. Especially feeding videos and look at their husbandry. Some owners even feed chickens. I can't wait to have one of my own

Blood pythons are great! My biggest proven breeder females are just 6ft.

I keep all my animals from babies to adults in Animal Plastic racks.

Babies to 500g are kept in shoe boxes, then they are moved into iris CB70 (sweater box) until around 3 years old, then they are moved into iris VE175 tubs which measure 53 x 20, basically the same floor space as a 4x2 foot cage.

    Hope this helps.
