    Cleaning with new babies.
So my momma had three babies last weekend and I need to clean their cage when can I move her and the babies with out causing her to do anything bad? She's a first time mom and my first time breeding so I don't wanna handle the babies to early and have her kill them or ignore them

Ours don't seem to be bothered by moving for cleaning. But we have some very good natured mellow mommas right now.

I like to clean momma tubs as soon as she's done giving birth, I've never had a female reject a baby even after handling the babies the same hour they are born.

K I'm gonna clean all my single males cages and ill see how momma is doing an clean it should i try and put a nest up for her again or just let her build a new one. Ha the one she has now is huge like all the bedding in the cage is pushed into one corner.

I usually put a bit more bedding towards the back of the tub and make a next and put the pinkies into the nest and then replace momma.

Would the ones that are the blue hooded with skin showing maybe be hairless there? Or does white show up when they get bigger?
