My king snakes are avoiding the basking area. Help?
I recently purchased a 2 baby king snakes and ever since I got them they've been avoiding the basking spot.
they been burrowing/sleeping on the cold end every time.
The basking spot is at 90 and 91 degrees.
    Could it be burmation?
Heres a pic of one of them, yes she has a kink.
    Thanks in advance :sweeet:

I'm pretty sure 90 is too hot. I would lower the hot side to 85. What is your cool side temperature?

In my opinion 90-91 is too hot for the basking spot, and based on their behavior I'd say they agree. I keep all of my kings and milks with a hot side of 83-85 and the cool side 72-75.
