Please poop soon

I have googled this and so far have found so many different answers. So I thought I would ask you wise old people if you can assist me.
I have had Kali for 1 month. She has been fed once a week, so far she has had 6 rat pinks. (Last two weeks I fed her two as she was getting bigger!)

She is only 3 months old. She has got quite fat in this time, and has not pooped once. There are white urates in there maybe once a week but no actual poop.

But I have had trouble keeping her temp up via the UTH (it stays around 75....) Humity is 50-60% and she is currently on repti-carpet. (I know its a feeding ground for bacteria but I change it every 4 days). She hasnt shed yet and she eats perfectly fine.

I have tried bathing her for ten minutes every day - still nothing.


Could you guys let me know if I should be worried or if I am panicking for no reason? My friends BP has pooped since and has been fed less!! Also she feels a lot fatter than friends snakes of the same age.

First stop soaking everyday. Second get those temps up from 75. Baby bps don't poop as often because they absorb as many nutrients from their food as possible so that they can grow. Rat pinks have no fur and little non nutrient parts, so most will be absorbed instead of being passed. Post pics if your worried about being bloated/constipated.

Thanks. The bathing has litereally been the last 3 days since I've being worried - sorry for not making that clear. I didnt think about the rat pinks lacking in nutrients nor did I consider her pooping less as a baby! I'll bare this in mind.

Rat pinks? That's too small for a 3 month old. Mine is 3 months and she's eating 35 gram pups and she weighs around 250 grams

I was under the impression you feed them the same width as the largest part of their body. I have been feeding her two rat pinks in one go. I am going to move to fluffs this week.

As you can see she looks very lumpy and fat. Ive not got scales yet so I can't weigh her.

2 rat pinks can easily be 30g of food. So its equivelent to a Med/large pup. If you want to put your mmind at ease you can pick up a scale at Walmart / target for around $20. Kitchen section (food scale, make sure it does grams) then feed 10-15% of bodyweight for little ones under 5-600g or so.

Looks to me like she might be shedding soon, she will probably poop then. If you really want her to poop, fully clean her cage :rofl:
