Is this an eye infection???

Hello I am new to this forum an this is my first snake, he has been eating fine and he shed about 4weeks ago which I missed as I was away on honeymoon :-(

But today I noticed a white ring around one his eyes I was wondering if it is a problem or just part of his last shed still there http://img.tapatalk.com/d/12/11/15/rytujahu.jpg

I'd say stuck shed maybe hmmm

Its probably stuck shed. Perhaps a little sliver of an eye cap. If it isn't gone with the next shed, then I would look into it further.

That's what I thought his shed seemed to go ok all but about 3 scales on top of his head, because I was away and missed him going blue I never got the chance to increase the humidity a bit more to help with the shed.
Thanks for the quick replies it has put my mind at rest and I shall keep my eyes peeled and ensure he has a good shed next time
