First Purchase Finally Arrived!!!
Some of you may remember me posting about my first purchase, a 66% poss het pied Pewter girl shipped in from Arizona. Well, today as soon as I could escape school, me and my friend blasted out to where they were holding her at our local Fed Ex station and picked her up. There's a video of me opening the box which apparently has some hilarious commentary from me (of which I have no memory), but here's a few pics until we can get higher res ones. They're from the video, so sorry if they're a little blurry! I absolutely love her busy pattern and insane fading sides. But the best part about her is she's in excellent health, well-conditioned, happy, and she has an awesome personality! She's very relaxed even after a day of traveling, and curious, looking around all over.
Needless to say, I'm smitten! I hope you guys like her at least a quarter as much as I do. :)

Haha I really do! I've got until the 2013 babies start popping out to pick a boy for her... I really am leaning toward pied, and especially pied combos, if I can save up enough money for a nice one by then. It would be great to prove her out, for sure. Pewters are my favorites, too... Maybe if I can get a pastel pied I can make a sterling pied if I hit my odds... long shot, I know, but I can dream!

Oh, she's pretty! For me pewters are hit and miss - and she's a hit!
