First Crested!!

Hey guys,

I adopted this crested gecko last night from my 12 y/o brother in law. He was mature enough to admit that he wasn't paying enough attention to it's well being. Considering I am known in both families as the guy with the zoo LOL, he asked me if I would take it in. I wanted to get into geckos again since I was persuaded into giving up my leopard gecko (the gf didn't like bugs in the house..) Anyways, here he is -

He's very skiddish (and FAST) as he wasn't handled very often but I'll be working on settling him down. Apparently I am the 4th or 5th owner of this little guy so I don't know a whole lot about him. I am fairly confident in my understanding of the proper care and husbandry needed for him but other than that I know nothing about cresties.. If anyone has any tips or suggestions for me I would appreciate it!

Cute little guy haha isn't it fun when people say your a zoo keeper :) my mom calls my trailer her favorite zoo. It's mellowed out a little now once I kicked the ex out but I see it as space to add more.

Got crickets today for the first time! I love hearing them in the next room! Reminds me of when I used to live in the woods :D

He's very cute! My little guy was really skiddish and tried to jump away all the time. It only took a few times of handling him to calm him down. I've only had him a couple weeks and now anyone can hold him and he'll stay put.
