I think Tosh.O is a funny show but i doubt he writes any of his own stuff.

EDIT: i dont think chevy chase is a comedian really but Fletch is a hilarious movie lol. Some of Will Ferrells stuff is funny too (Step Brothers and The Other Guys) but i see him as more of an actor.
