Something Screwy just happened

This morning my snake was about to go into a shed, he had the eye caps, and pale skin.......... and when i got home he had all new skin and clear eyes BUT THERE WAS NO SKIN ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND IN THE CAGE......


i searched everywhere and there was no skin at all.... I think im going crazy!

from what ive experienced shedding takes a litle longer than a few hours

but i swear.... he was pale and had eye caps for the past few days and now hes all clear and theres no skin anywhere

what kind of substrate are u using?

reptiliner.... the green stuff that u buy for like 5 bucks, reuseable

hmmm...if there is no skin, then he didn't shed. Has he soaked at all today?

he doesnt like to soak himself..... when i noticed he looked like he was gonna shed i soaked him a few times for about 10-15 minutes at a time about 3 times

Check underneath? If they are primed and ready they can get it off in no time - i wasn't even expecting Benny's latest shed - his eyes looked a little blue one day, and the next WHAMMO he was half shed.

Did you see anything other than the blue eyes to indicate the shed? Are you certain the skin was shiny and new? Dig through that tank - he wouldnt eat his own skin - and you'd probably find the requisite p00 if he had shed.

i checked under but ill check again right now
