I was at the feed store picking up some aspen shavings and asked about other non-pine, non-cedar beddings. They had large bags of rice hull, which are used in horse stalls and are reported to be soft and good at absorbing liquid waste. Has anyone tried it with their rodents? Can you think or any pros or cons for its use?
