Not bad at all, but I think you were channeling Gaboon Viper.

Looks great, if I may make a suggestion? Buy proper drawing paper (pencils and stump too maybe if you don't have them already)

It's good for a first drawing and at 12 years old though. Keep it up. You'll only get better!

it's what happens when you type the whole message with caps lock on.

It's really good. For some pointers. When shading pencil it usually becomes easier to cross hatch it. I like that technique most because I find it easier to make it darker and adjust to lighter XD
