October 2012 -- HOTM CONTEST

We only have two entries for this one, which surprises me, because I know we have a ton of beautiful reptiles, amphibians and arachnids among us! But we'll enjoy what we have, and look forward to more next month!

They are both gorgeous but getting a boa to be still for a picture:) gotta vote for that one.

Both snakes are incredibly gorgeous, went with #2 as the picture itself is incredible!

I love that tongue in photo #1!

I chose two cause i just love Boas <3

Had to vote for number one because even though the boa pic is beautifully composed, I'm a total sucker for a viper caught mid-tongue-flick.
