    Feeling "Loose"
    Yes, I know, hahahaha.

Anyways, is it normal for a snake to feel "loose" when you hold it after it's become comfortable with you?

I just had my baby BP out and he was holding onto one of my fingers with his tail but the rest of him was just laying in my hands while he tried to slither up my arm. I was worried I was going to drop him because usually he is gripping me with his whole body when I take him out.

He is still just as active, alert, and curious... his appetite is as great as ever... he just seems more comfortable with me. Could that be it?

He's also up from 96 grams last month to 126 grams this month so I know he's growing and healthy in that way.

He doesn't seem off at all. Could it just be that he trusts me enough to hold him rather than him having to support himself? He doesn't ball up anymore when I take him out, he immediately starts trying to explore.

Thanks for the help guys. :)

I only have the one bp but she tends to be pretty "loose" on me, I think once she new I was holding on to her, sometimes she will wrap a little tighter but she even seems to crawl over to me to say "hold me again please" :) If you little one seems like it is having a hard time wrapping then I may be concerned but otherwise it might just be a personality thing.

Thanks for the help. I didn't notice if he was having trouble wrapping my hand.. I'll have to check again.
