Persuading mom and dad...

So, I really want a pet rat, this girl I know has one she is wanting to get rid of, and I really want it, how can I persuade my parents? :taz:

Small, cheaper than most pets, less noise than a dog, and of you feed them good food and clean often then don't smell!

I would suggest getting two of the same sex though, they enjoy the company :gj:

that's going to be tough since most people dislike rats, but showing them the positive side of owning a rat might convince them.

Well, my dad says he plans on building me a room for snakes, snake racks, reptiles, etc. I think ill keep the rats in my room though, but then again the room could be a 2 year project, he likes to procrastinate, maybe it's just a dream of his....:confused:
