Pricing help... BEL!
Okay guys here's the deal. I am debating buying a 0.1 BEL (Lesser x Mojave). She has a hazy greenish blue color in her eyes and shes pure white except a thin band of yellow on her back. She was hatched the beginning of July, and she lost most of her yellow patches except the stripe down her spine. She currently weighs about 127g ish. What is the proper pricing range (US) for this snake? Just want to be educated before hand for bartering reasons. Thanks guys!

Most BELs I see for sale are right around 1200... but I don't usually look too hard, I just know that that number pops up a lot when BELs are involved.
A quick search on a place like kingsnake or fauna classifieds should help :gj:

750-1000 in my opinion. I almost bought a blue eye until I did a lot of research and found out most of them get "dirty" looking as they age. So instead I got a super fire, because I wanted a pure white snake as an adult. Good snakes either way

$750-$1000 sounds about right. I only saw two at tinley, I wasn't looking very hard though. I'm set on making one myself.

Yeah that's what they are asking. There are no Lesser x Mojaves on Kingsnake or fauna that match my info (2012,Female).

I agree, but I've seen some clean adults too (well, really almost adults but still):gj:

Baltimore Repitcon had two males that I saw. One was $750 I think and it was gone by the time we did our second lap. I saw another and I'm pretty sure that one was $950.
BEL was my dream snake after a pied.
I actually purchased a white diamond female a few weeks back and he included a het Russo male for $775 local pickup. I'm happy with her and my daughter loves the male.

If anything our Lesser/Butter BEL is brighter white at 1 1/2 yrs old than he was as a baby :gj:
Not a old snake by any means but I can't see him turning dingy yellow.
Right now if I was buying one I wouldn't pay more than $800 for a female BEL considering how much lessers, butters and mojaves and all of the BEL making genes have dropped in value.

Jerry just a side question, do you think that is the lesser influence they also seem to get lighter with age... ??

Girls are always more expensive the boys. That guy is selling a female $1200 is the higher end pricing. Males are usually 800-1000 and females can be 1000-1200. If to you it's not that nice of a white see if they can bring it down. If not wait for a better example
