    Our new addition.
Meet Jack, our new addition to our pack. He's a 10 month old wooly Siberian Husky. We adopted him from a family nearby who didn't have enough time for him anymore.
He's pretty well behaved for his age, but will be getting some obedience training next month to help prevent pulling when walking, and some distructive chewing he does when home alone (poor baby misses us) so hopefully he won't have to be kennel trained.
I plan on taking him to see some snow this winter.
    We love snow dogs!

Great addition :) I have a Siberian husky as well and they make great pets They are very smart and get bored easily. SO for the chewing I will give you some advise that worked great for us. Get lots and lots of toys (my girl loves soccer balls) and rotate them in about once a week. We have a huge tub of toys and we just change them out weekly swapping one for another. This will give your guy something new to chew/play with and help with the destructive chewing. Another thing to try would be water bottles in a old sock. My girl loves to chew on these for a while then moves back to her toys. This method has saved a ton of furniture at our household hope it helps you as well

Have you used a Kong filled with peanut butter? I want to try it but think it may be messy.

I've not known them to be messy because the dog will just lay down and lick it all out before it will get on the floor. But they are persistent, so it won't last very long. We used to breed Huskies. Yours is very cute. I love his white face and that last picture is priceless! :P

Yes the Kong with PB is messy you could try freezing it but it only took our dog about 5 min to figure out if she chewed the frozen Kong and shook it the PB fell out and made a mess. Our dog Dana just does really well with rotating toys and the plastic water bottle in a sock:) We actually found an toy made from an old fire hose to insert a bottle in that last a lot longer and use that now but I would recomend the sock method first to see if it works the fire hose was kinda spendy for something that might not work.
