New PVC Hatchling rack build
I have never built and entire rack with PVC sheet before but I am very happy with the results I got.
I made this with black 1/4 inch extruded PVC and stapled it together with 1" staples and an air stapler. The result is a
super strong and light rack. I was just barely able to get the material for 2 complete racks out of one 4 x 8 ft sheet.
This design is for 10 Iris shoe box tubs approx 13x7.5x4 inches. the total rack dimension is 22h x 13.5d x 15.5 wide. They
can be stacked but I have only tried 2 high so far.
The bottom is reinforced with 2 sheets for 1/2 inch strength. All the shelves (except the top and bottom) are 1/16" away from the back wall so 11"
Flexwatt can easily be inserted down the back for heating if needed. I drilled a hole in the top at the back to allow for
power cords and temp probes.
If anyone local to Austin TX is interested I have one for sale that I don't need and has never been used.

The dimensions are:
Shelves, top and bottom: 15 x 13 1/4"
Sides: 22 x 13 5/16 (1/16 bigger than the shelf depth to give the space to insert heat tape.)
