Is there a plant not safe for crested?

Yes lots you should not trust any one list but cross reference others too. Mistakes can be made by anyone.

Pangaea forums specialize in all the Rhac species, I don't keep live planted cages at this time but that list has been compiled by quite a few people who do.

Im still deciding if I even want to do a live setup or not. I will be using a 70g lizard lounge. Thinking about running a zoo med waterfall on a timer to see if i can achieve proper humidity with the flexs.

I'd be weary about using a waterfall feature, they tend to end up as bacteria pools. Look into a little hose misting system or a drip system, something that has the water itself outside of the feature.

Perhaps, but a single error by a single person could result in the death of SOMEONE else's pet based on my advise... I think not. I stand by cross reference everything.

Normally, I'd totally agree with you on cross referencing - and it is still excellent advice. BUT the list at Pangea has already been cross referenced triple and quadrupal time. And the sources are linked to and/or referenced for further research. The plants on this list have all been tried and true. It was designed to be a source for newbies to quickly, effectively, and SAFELY refer to and use as a tool. Yes, mistakes can be made by anyone and even the most experienced of folks can error. But this list was not put together by a single person - it was a collaborative effort by several Pangea staff along with 2-3 highly qualified breeders and was reviewed and edited by many others. It is also continually updated and adjusted as new information is gathered. However, due dilligence is always advisable when gathering information. Proper research is always important. :gj:
