Male Western Hognose Has Stopped Eating?
Started about a month ago, his temps are fine, and he's always been such a hardy eater.
He's a 2012 hatchling, his sister eats just fine, I tried giving him toads instead and he still refused.
They're my first hognoses so I'm a bit confused on why he's not eating.

I got him to eat a live pinky today, I guess he just doesn't want to eat frozen anymore? :confusd:

They're pre-programmed to go off feed this time of year. Even though we simulate a spring/summer environment their tiny little brains don't always realize it at first.

I had no idea, so it's safe to put him up for sale?
I've been holding off for a while because of his fasting.

Disclose everything and you should have no problems.

Re: Male Western Hognose Has Stopped Eating?
i've had my yearling male western nose hoggie for a couple of weeks now. He's been eating a f/t medium mouse every week. I also have ballz and know they go off feed during the winter months. How long should I expect my hoggies to go off feed? He is kept in the same room as the balls so temps are pretty similar but I do keep the humidity down. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
