Shed comparison - 1 month

She's destined for this category by rights of species although she is still just a little girl - a very sweet one at that.

Neph' just threw off another one-piece shed and since I still had her shed from almost exactly one month ago (Feb 28) I laid them out for comparison. The old one has dried out and is a little the worse for wear, but you get the idea.

Right now she has just about outgrown the big retired breeder meeces and is aboot ready to bump up to rats - I'm not too fond of the idea of having to give her multi-mouse meals.

What is it? if its in the Giant Python thread she/he should be on rats already! I fed my burm AND boa rats right away...

Dreadfully sorry, ole boy - she's an African Rock Python. Also forgot to throw in something for scale but she's ~37" atm.

Im sure at that size she can eat small rats, wich should be about 4-5 inches long nose to butt, otherwise shes gonna be eatin mice like m&m's.
