    Out of surgery...
Some of you know that I have been dealing with a 9mm kidney stone for a friggin month now. Well I went in to surgery today to get a Laserlitho-something or other. This is how I explain the procedure. They basically went Return of the Jedi on me. They sent in the Millennium Falcon, it flew threw and destroyed the core with lasers. Well the surgery went awesome, but now I got to pass bits and pieces of stones naturally. So now that this is all over I will be more active in the forum. Thanks everyone for your wishes and thoughts!

Sweet brother, and have fun passing the pieces! LOL Glad to hear that you and the snakes are well, and I will be home in less than two months.

Ugh, I can understand your pain. I've had 2 confirmed stones and something that I'm pretty sure was a stone but it wasn't bad enough to go to the doctor for.

My first one was 3.6 mm, and I literally thought I was dying. Called 911 and everything. The second one was 4.0 mm, and that one really ticked me off because it happened 3 months after the first one, and no one had told me it was in there! I went back and looked at the records and it was written that it was there, and no one said, oh, by the way, you've got another one in there, so be prepared for that! I had to get stronger pain-killers for that one too.

I hope all the bits are tiny and pass without incident!
