I'm not great at fires, but I would say a pic in better lighting is needed.

He's about average for a fire. He's got a nice headstamp, and a few spots of blushing. He's got a few nice belly flames. The picture quality isn't the best that is true, but I still say he's just average. I like a fire that positively screams fire. Super bright, high yellows, big blushing and flames, sharp headstamp.
Hes a fire, not sure I would call him a quality fire. IMHO, if you havent paid yet Id keep looking. There are enough male fires out there that you should be able to find a nice one for a good price.
