Which rack?

I've been looking at rack systems for weeks upon weeks now, but one question remains unanswered for me... Which rack is the most secure?
I have a 5 year old daughter and a 3 1/2 month son in the house, and we need a practically escape proof rack to ease our nerves.
My balls will be in their own room, and the door will be locked at all times, unless I am in there, so there is no worry about the kids getting into the racks unsupervised.

I only have 5 snakes at the moment, but the only ones going into the rack are the 4 balls.
I do plan on breeding in the future, but that wont be any time soon, so I can get a hatchling rack later.

I like the carpenter racks mainly because they are well made and more affordable then the others I've seen. However, it may be more cost effective if you we're to build your own. I built mine out of 1/2" pvc sheets and am extremely happy with it. The good thing about building your own is you can customize it to suit your needs rather then explaining to someone else to do it for you. The only thing you need is a supplier. The scales that I have left over from building my rack can easily make a hatchling rack later. Example on price; a 3 tub adult ball rack costs about $300 minus shipping based on some company sites that I've researched. I built my 8 tub rack for $350.

What tube?

It is a pipe in frot of the tub which prevents it from being pulled out

I just use a golf tee myself but that is clearly not secure enough for a child. A friend of mine (where I am the law says snakes must be in a secure enclosure but it fails to define secure...) anyway he uses a combination of the two vids his bar runs like Ralphs but it is locked with a key lock.

I'm not worried about the kids getting into the snakes, my daughter knows better, and my son isn't old enough to even open the door to the room. Besides the door will remain locked at all times, except when I'm in there working. I'm worried about the snakes getting out of the racks themselves. I've seen how snakes are sometimes able to "shimmy" the tubs out a little bit. Can you post a pic of how you use the golf tees?
