What does my BP possibly has? Just need some thoughts

Hello everyone,

I have a 4 month old BP female Farrah and I love her to death!
Today I was handling her and I noticed a very tiny lump on the right side in the very middle of her neck. It's less than 0.5cm, maybe being 0.3cm.
Can this be a tumor? There is no scar on her just a lump. I handled her yesterday before going to bed and there was nothing there, today when I did I saw the lump.
I handle her everyday and never saw it there and I am always checking her.
I am thinking of taking her to a vet but at the same time I don't know of any good herp vets. I have heard of a few actually but I am scared that they don't know much about snakes. I will drive miles just to get her to a good herp vet if I have to.
Could it be husbandry issues? Can husbandry issues cause tumor or abscess?

Does it feel hard or squishy?

Could be a number of things, but we really need a pic in order to help. Of course you should consult your local herp vet if the "bump" does not resolve.
