Quick question on locking up

Hi, I just started pairing up yesterday and was planning on doing 3 days on 3 days off for the males. I've noticed lock ups starting last night and still locked up now. My question is after they unlock should I move the male Back to his tub or leave him in until the 3rd day.

Once they let go, go ahead and take him out, give him his break or whatever your plan is then start over again.
