    everyone is on strike.....
well sort of....Never ever have had feeding issues until this week.....:frustrate recently transitioned everyone to rats....thaw out rats...proceed to feed....and nothing....:rage:The spider female took hers, and that was it....posted about that before...so, I make the 60 mile round trip to buy live, they are out at the store I go to, so I pick up mice, which they were eating before, spider male took two down, no problem....go to the feed the pastel tonite, he just shed (he is looking awesome by the way) so I figure its dinner time right....pbbbfftthh...he was taking three mice per feeding....he took one small adult mouse tonite, and killed two others but ignored them....and only half a** struck/constricted them...wth...Oh the joys....thanks for letting me vent.....I so look forward to next weeks feeding....All six will be eating, this includes the three new babies....pray for me:please: and my sanity lol

This just wasn't your evening huh? I'm sorry to hear your little ones have decided to ignore their lunch. Good luck with the next one though :)

I had a similar issue on feeding day (saturday for me). My supplier was out of mice so I took a bunch of small rats, normally my males eat anything, to include rats, that I put in their cages, but only one of them ate, I think all in all less than half my snakes ate saturday night, very annoying. My ASF eater didnt even want her ASF, yet my spider who was giving me problems pounded down two fairly large rats.

Hang in there girl! It will get better, I promise. I hate when my snakes do the same thing. Patience is the key. I also recommend a glass of Amaretto and Diet Coke after the kids go to bed.
