    Have a question
    I have a female that I had my black pastel in with for about 3 days, witnessed no locks, but I work alot. Pulled him out a few days ago and a little while ago I put my mojave in with her. About 5 minutes later she is flipping out trying to get out. What could the reason be

    Are you sure your female is female and your male is male? Several have said they've witnessed this behavior when two of the same gender (usually two males) are put in a tub together.

    First thing I would do is re-sex the female, while the first pair might have been fine together, obviously the second is not and the male's reaction could be due to the fact that your female is really a male.

    Had it happen to me years ago I had a "female" she came from someone I trusted and I never sexed her. I placed her with a male everything went fine even witnessed a lock :rolleyes:, few days later I put another male in and it was pretty wild and violent, I got him out immediately and since it made me suspicious I sexed the "female" which turned out to be a male.

    So again sex your female again.

    Well I just sexed her myself and it is indeed a male. It came from a good friend and breeder. Already sent him a text
