    Spider help.
Hey all I got a 2012 female spider 2 weeks ago at an expo.

I was in my snake room when I noticed she was wrapped around her water dish with her head sideways almost upside down. She looked dead. I was freaked I gently pulled out the tub and put it down and once I did that she started to spider wobble HUGE. Like totally flipping and twisting her head. First time she has wobbled since I got her.

She has not eaten yet. Shes sitting at 50 grams. Temps are 90 F on basking side and 80 F on the cool side. Humidity is at 60%. She has hides on both sides with a paper towel roll in the middle (just a thing I do for very young balls to give them a really tight spot)

    So yah,

What can cause her to wrap around her dish?

Is it normal for her head to be sideways/upside down when she does it? (As I am typing this she moved to behind her hide wrapped up with her head sideways on top of her body)

I think the reason she wobbled and twisted her head so much was because I scared her? I dont know I did it as gently as possible and I have held her before and cleaned her tub with out her showing any signs of wobble.

i would say laying with her head sideways is normal i have seen it happen before but can't explain why. as for the bowl wrapping sounds pretty normal i have seen my snakes do that alot.

Sounds pretty normal. One reason im kinda leery of the morph. But it doesnt sound like anything out of the ordinary.

Sounds spider-ish to me. Maybe her wobble is more to the noticable end.

Typical spider behavior! It freaked me out too the first time I saw our spider do it.
