    Finally! Phew
Well it's been over a month since they hatched and two of the six hatchlings just had no interest in eating. I tried live mouse pinks, rat pinks, mouse hoppers, and f/t rat pinks, but to no avail. The other four ate everything thrown at them. Today, with much ado I might add, I was able to finally get them to assist feed on mouse fuzzies. While it was no fun at all, in the end I bested the little buggers and they did swallow them. For a little 50 gram animal with no hands and recurved teeth, it is amazing how adept they are at throwing the prey item when they don't want it.

Anyways, now I'm sitting here sipping a Crown Royal and Canada Dry. Here's to no regurges.

I would like to thank BP.net and Muddoc for the sticky on how to assit feed properly, as well as a couple videos out there on YouTube.

Hope all goes well! I hate it when I have to assist feed. It is such a pain in the rear and stresses the animal. However, sometimes that is the only way they will get the hint.
