    Want to start handling BP
OK, so we've had our BP 4 weeks tomorrow.. It has eaten the last two Sundays without any problems at all.. And is scheduled to eat again this Sunday.. She spends most of her time in her hides, just peaking out at us.. Which is a lot better sign than when she would constantly roam her tank.
How should we go about breaking her in on us handling her? Short periods daily, ever other day...? What do you do when handling a new BP?

Start with short sessions, 5 to 10 minutes at a time. You can do it daily, every other day, or whatever you and your snake are comfortable with (try to avoid handling for 24 hours after feeding). You'll eventually learn to read your snake's body language and you'll know when it's ok to handle and when your snake wants to be left alone...
