Hi. My name is Marla and I am addicted to herps. :oops:






I won an auction for a ball python on ReptiBid tonight that I bid on two weeks ago even though it's supposed to be a male.


I also ordered an adult male crested gecko. And I fully intend to find and order an adult female as well.

Apparently, not only am I addicted, but I am shameless as well.

Nothing to be embarrassed about Marla. I am pretty sure everyone on these boards are equally addicted as well. I would have out bid you on that Ball on Reptibid if I had not cut up all my credit cards :roll: :lol: Now all I do is watch as other people bid and drool like a monkey!

Hi Marla- I have only slowed on my reptile addiction because of three reasons:
Out of money
Out of room
and out of electrical outlets
oh ya I forgot every time I vacume the house I blow a circut.
But I am plotting for future purchases as we speak.

HI, MARLA! I think we can all understand your addiction. I never suspected it would be so strong. We are constantly checking out online classifieds, repti-bid, breeder websites, pet stores (i visit "my" leaf-tailed geckos once a week), and local classifieds. I'm determined not to buy any new herps until the Northern Virginia show in May, though. I just hope I can control myself until then.
