    Any thoughts on this youngester?
I know she is normal, but someone I know said to keep an eye on her because the color is pretty bright and she doesn't have any real alien heads. Thoughts? :D

It looks like a YB imo. Im not positive though. Jerry(snakesrkewl) would be able to say for sure.

Headstamp, flames coming up the sides, yellowish tinge, clean belly. Also her patterns kinda funky. Thats what im basing my opinion off of.

Looks like a nice reduced pattern normal, not a Yb :gj:. I like it :P

Compare the belly in the 2nd and 3rd photo with the YB given in the "hunters guide to the morphs"

    http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...rphs-Het-Ivory

There's no speckling or busy traintracks on the belly. Without that, it's just a nice reduced pattern normal :gj:.

Edit: Also, most YBs (even the lower quality ones) will have more orange in the flames. The "flames" are mostly white, not orange on this snake.

Do you know what the pairing was that produced her? I can't help but almost see a resemblance to low-expression calicos, with her high-gold highlighted edges.

Huh, i guess youre right h00blah, she is still a nice normal then i guess.

I would definetly breed her to like an ivory male. All the YB's you produce would be REALLY hot i bet!

Very pretty normal. I would gladly hold her back.

    Yeah Mike. No YB :p

The belly is too clean to be a yb, looks like a real nice clean high gold normal imo.

I agree, young yb's flames are almost always orange while normals are typically white.

This was from a pinstripe male to a normal female. I got this little girl and another female from this clutch in a trade for some rats that I had:) I knew she was normal, but I really liked her color and figured it was something to work with when she was big enough to breed. At 102 grams, we are a long time away from that, lol.
