Are these typical Amir yellow bellies?
Got this 1.1 from a local breeder friend. Both sire and dam are Amir YB. Is there something else going on here or are they normally this wildly patterned? Never knew YBs had the head spot honestly. The breeder is wondering if they aren't Amir's harlequin line, wont know until we work together and breed them again to see. All I did to the pictures was an auto correct as they were a little dark and the coloration is pretty close, a little brighter and obviously unusual in person. One day I will set up a light tent.

They are some nice YB's! Unfortunately you will never be able to tell if they Amir's line of YB unless you trace it's lineage.

I believe my breeder/friend got both the dam and sire from Amir. I realize Amir could be selling other lines of yb. I will ask him for specifics again.

I am wondering if this crazy pattern is typical for Amir's line. Most of the yb I have seen on the forum just look like normals. These definitely do not look in any way normal.

They look like your average Amir line yb's, not my favorite line but still nice.
I have a 2000 + gram Amir line yb female that looked like that as a hatchling, she's pretty "plain jane" as an adult unfortunately.

They do not look like they have harlequin in them imo.

Thanks Jerry, I have been trying to find other hatchling pics of that line with no luck to compare, all adults.

I think they are cute little worms.

Amir line yb female breeding our monster clown.:)
She was about 1600 grams in this pic, she's 2200+ grams starting this season since she didn't give us any eggs last season.
