Goodbye Cornelius :(

I checked on all the critters last night before bed and I discovered my little corn snake was dead :tears: it was very unexpected, he wasn't sick to my knowledge and had eaten fine 4 days before and was seemingly healthy the day before. Maybe he had some underlying problem, I don't know, I'm just at a loss. This is my first snake death and I'm not taking it too well. I always feel like its my fault when an animal passes away :tears: goodbye Cornelius :(

I'm so sorry to hear about this!! :( Sometimes they just pass without giving us any clues as to what was wrong. I doubt it was your fault!

That is sad news for sure I am very sorry. I wish there were something to say or do but in reality there is very little that can be said to ease your grief. Sorry.

I m sorry for your loss I am sure it was not your fault but the loss is still dificult :(

Unexpected pet deaths are so hard, I'm very sorry for your loss :( I absolutely hate that feeling of not knowing, I can't imagine it being related to your care. I know that doesn't make it any easier, tie a knot in the rope and hang in there!
