I need some help!

I have been keeping ball pythons for around 5 years and never seen anything like this. My lesser has what looks to be an infected rectal valve that he can not retract. He likes to descrete his waste when being held, as a way to prevent ppl from touching him. He still eats just fine and from what I have seen he still lets waste out fine to. I havebt found a vet around that works on reptiles so I play vet to all my animals. I attached some pics to help. Thanks for looking and to anyone who can help.

That looks like a prolapsed rectum or possibly an infected hemipen. That guy needs a vet ASAP. I'm no vet I could be wrong but that's why he needs to see one!

That looks like a prolapse. I've heard LOTS of Vaseline or KY lube and gently working it in will help. I also can't tell if yours is infected, which would require a vet. Not 100% sure if a vet is necessary, but I do know that since its happened once he'll be more prone for it to happen again, so be careful. Keep us updated! I'd also wait for more experienced keepers to chime in.
