    Boa question
I've wanted a morph BCI for as long as i can remember and my boyfriend and i currently have a 6 ft beauty...a female normal CRTB.
I'm waiting to get a male 2012 and possibly breed just for fun in the future, nothing serious.

My problem is I like ghosts, super hypos/hog island, salmons, moonglows, snows, sunglows etc.
My question is ..I'm a total beginner when it comes to boa morphs and i don't know what would breed best with a normal someday.
I love hogs but i know some people frown upon crossing.
Any opinions on the matter would certainly be appreciated.

Motleys are pretty sweet. Your guy is super pretty!

Do you have an input on the list of BCIs I have in my first post, whether or not some of them would be good to be a possible future breeder to a normal?

Boy, you need Daybreaker, Evenstar, or Vypyrz here. They could answer. I want another boa too. I want an albino, sunglow, or lipstick sunglow. But I won't be breeding, so I have no idea what goes with what. Sorry, :p

Hog is really a locality not a morph. And most of what you listed there would work like a double recessive BP morph except for hypo/salmon, those are co-dom I believe. I'll point my girlfriend to this later tonight as she's better with boa morphs than I, I'm more interested in localities.

Hog island is a locality, not a morph. Hypo is ghost, and I believe hypo and salmon can be bred to a normal and throw visuals. Moonglows, sunglows, and snows you'd need double hets for I believe.

    Thanks for the input guys.
I've decided to go with a smoking hot female super hypo hog island. Obviously i won't be breeding this one to a rtb, and plus we'll have two females but i couldn't pass this girl up. I'll post pictures once i get her next week. I'm super excited to see hey in person

Congrats on your new boa! I always like seeing boa pics.

On the subject of crossing Hogs, I personally don't "frown" upon it but I can tell you that I think Hogs are too nice by themselves to "need" to be crossed with anything else. My girl is stunning as is: she wouldn't be put to anything but another pure Hog Island:

I would never cross localities. I have Hog Islands, Pearl Islands, Bolivians, and Guyanans.. All will be mated as pure. No mutts for me.
