Please HELP!

Hello everyone, i an trying to add the add-on to tapatalk app on my iphone 4s and it tells me this after i put my apple pw to buy it. "This is not a test user account, please create an account on the SandBox environment"

Sounds like a TapaTalk issue, not a BP.net issue.
