Do you have a scale preference?

I mean like a kitchen scale brand, not snake scales. :P
I hate not having one, but I wasn't sure if I should just grab one from a Bed Bath & Beyond or if there was a certain type everyone used that I should hold out for.

I just got one at my local grocery store. They don't need to be terribly accurate so it really doesn't matter. I spent $15 on mine:

Great! That's better than I thought it would be- some of them were going for $40-$50 and I'd rather put that money towards a rack if a scale is one of the things you can "skimp" on.

Mine was $8 off eBay. Works fine and it is accurate. I've tested it next to in store scales.

You can find digital ones pretty cheap as well. When looking at a scale, I was looking for one that would weigh in single gram increments and would go up to 5000 grams minimum. I paid more for the one I got, but something like this one would work as well...

Go to walmart and get a food scale. $12 for mine and it works great

Got mine from RBI, and I love it. I like that it has a tub, that keeps the snakes from moving around.
