Awesome! Since hairless rats are recessive(I think..), they are easy to produce.. They are everywhere now. Nice find! I think hairless rats often have funny personalities, they are very special. :D

Cute! I wonder if they would be allowed here? lol Rats are banned in Alberta.

Capray is right hairless is a recessive trait, breed them to your girls and keep a couple daughters back to make some :)

Yeah, it sucks that Rats are illegal in Alberta because they are such awsome pets! I just moved here from BC almost a year ago now and I had 3 Female rats back in BC and they were lovely. :)

What cute little guys! After many years of pet rat owning and more recently (within the past 4years) breeding, I have only just now acquired a hairless about 2 months ago. She is the same, skiddish but sweet. She once slept in my shirt pocket for an hour. I can't wait to hold back one of her male babies and start producing hairlesses :)

I often get hairless feeders, rex too. Frozen so there is no temptation. they are lovely animals I hate feeding rats because I like them but I like my snakes more one of my reasons for feeding FT I don't end up saving food because it is cool. I have never found hamsters as interesting or as fun. I many times prefer rats personally.
