Boa book for sale (or trade)

It looks like $48 plus shipping is as cheap as you can get it online. I'll sell my copy (only read once, still like new) for $40 shipped or trade for one of the more comprehensive BP books (like Kevin McCurley's, the Barkers', maybe even one of the DVD sets on BP care and breeding).
