    Gym addicts!
Ever since I posted that 'diet' thread, working out/running has been one of my favorites things to do. I've been able to start putting on more weight on the things I use, bench pressing, DB curls, etc. I've been using a whey protein shake also, which, isn't working out too well for me, at least I think it isn't haha.

    My questions for you are:
Do you own any weights at home?
What are your daily workouts at home? (push ups, crunches, db curls, etc.)
What are your daily workouts at the gym? (benching, machines, db curls, etc.)

I also am interested in buying a set of weights for my house when I don't have time to go for the gym, but, I don't know which ones to buy and what price I should expect.

Talk about any other gym/workout related things as well!

My apartment complex has a half decent gym that I use a few times a week, just the basic standard equipment. I use to go more but most mornings now before work/class I go out and run with my dog (approx. 2.5 miles) instead. When I do go to the gym I usually use the machines and do some benching. If I feel like staying in I'll do pushups/crunches/etc. No real pattern involved, just enough to keep me feeling fit.

I highly recommend crossfit!! I've never gone to a class, but I did a lot of crossfit training at drill last month with a friend and it was the best workout I've ever done.

My routine is run 5-6 miles/day about 4-5 days a week. At home I only do strength training. I don't own any weights of any kind, I mainly just do push ups, sit ups, flutter kicks, mountain climbers, planks, etc. Crossfit training was way more fun though lol.

I need to get back to the gym. I would usually do cardio first, then move to weights. I'd usually be in the gym for a good 2-3 hours
