    Retic got bit
Hey all. I was feeding my baby retic a live mouse, "I can't get him switched over to f/t yet", and he had a horrible strike and the mouse bit him. I had pliers ready thank goodness, but my snake still got tagged. He is on corrugated paper so no substrate to bother the wound. Do you think I need to get some spelling *betadyne?

I know this isn't helpful, but that snake is gorgeous. I wish they had those purple tigers as a true super dwarf. Oh well. In 10 years I'll get a banana ball...

I wouldn't worry so much about it, snakes are tough and they get injured in the wild where things are not nearly as clean as your enclosure(hopefully) yet survive just fine.

He'll be fine. Leave him be. Ditto on the food machine. Just throw the frozen thawed in, he'll eat it.

I'll definitely try it again, last time he didn't eat it overnight...I know they are food machines but it hasn't clicked with him lol.

Have you tried the zombie dance with it? That always gets them. Some just like dinner and a show xD

Tried a zombie dance till my arm fell off. He followed it but to no avail. Had it nice and warm with a hair dryer as well. It's the craziest thing I swear!
